When we meet with a company, as suppliers or customers, it comes naturally to us to understand what its good practices are. This is to check the possibility of a long-term relationship and to try to improve ourselves by learning something new.<\/p>

Applying ourselves seriously to each project is a daily goal<\/strong>; we have been doing it with restraint and perhaps a little perfectionism since 1960<\/strong>. We are aware that we would be nothing if we did not always listen to our stakeholders: external as well as internal.<\/p>

Our leadership continues to be solidified by this way of being, by old and new colleagues and associates, by 60,000 installed machines<\/strong>, by customers who have believed in us, by those who have not forgiven us for our mistakes, by ever new ideas and gradually more stimulating challenges.<\/p>

We always tell our clients that there is no standard solution. We first listen to their needs: we find all the project data, take into account the water and energy resources that a plant can concretely use. And from there the inter-office dialogue starts, to channel the need into an ad hoc proposal, choosing from the various technologies we have available and their variants.

We promote new internal processes, tools, technologies-always in the interest of the customer.
The MITA Group’s companies are based in Italy and Spain: for some years, however, our teams have been enriching themselves with colleagues from international backgrounds as well. Moreover, while growing, we have maintained over the years a certain \u201chorizontality\u201d in our approach to one another: this certainly stimulates comparison.
